Returns & Refunds Policy

All of our products are made to order specifically for you, because of this we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please ensure you check sizing guides carefully before placing your order.

If your product arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To report an issue please email us at contact@silkandpaddock.com with your order number a description of the issue and clear photos showing the defect. This will allow us to investigate with our production and distribution partners.

We do not require returns for damaged or faulty items unless specifically requested.

As all items are made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
